Hello and welcome!


We’re Federico and Alessandra, and A Casa di Ago is our beloved home. We lived here until March 2025, and it has recently been fully renovated with care and love.


Now it’s your turn to enjoy it – for the next few days, this is your home too.


Please treat it with the same care and respect you would give your own.


We’re so happy to host you here in Rome, and we hope you’ll feel as comfortable as we always did.


Below you’ll find all the essential info for your stay – from check-in instructions to our personal recommendations to enjoy the city like a local.

🕓 Check-in Instructions

  • Please send me a message on Airbnb 10 minutes before your arrival.
  • If you don’t have Wi-Fi, you can connect to the free Wi-Fi at Mercato Centrale, located just across the street.

🔑 How to access the apartment:

  1. Go to Via Enrico Cialdini 13, 00185 Rome
  2. On the intercom, ring SEVERO (bottom left)
  3. Once inside, turn right and go to staircase A
  4. Take the elevator to the 7th floor
  5. The apartment is on your right
  6. Ring the bell with the black keypad to the right of the door
  7. Inside the apartment, on the white console table in the hallway, you’ll find two key tags:
    • The yellow tag opens the two entrance gates
    • The orange tag opens the apartment door
  8. Please make sure to always lock the front door properly

Check-out time: by 10:00 AM

Before you leave:

  • Double-check you haven’t left any personal items
  • Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and TV
  • Close all windows and roll down shutters
  • Take out the trash (bins are in the entrance hall of the building)
  • Leave the keys on the white console in the entrance and close the door behind you
  • Send a message on Airbnb or WhatsApp to confirm your check-out

⚠️ Penalties & Extra Charges

Please respect the house rules to avoid penalties:

  • Smoking inside the apartment: €200 cleaning fee
  • Lost or unreturned key: €50 per key tag
  • Unauthorized late check-out (after 10:00 AM): €30 per hour
  • Excessive mess or unreported damage: charged according to Airbnb policies
